Constable (Normal) total no. of posts: 11,092
Constable (Driver) total no. of posts: 893
Constable (Band) total no. of posts: 132
Constable (Operator) total no. of posts: 61
Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess 8th/10th class/Higher secondary in science with physics and maths.

For Constable (General, Band, Operator) Posts:
02-01-1991 to 01-01-1996 for Men and
02-01-1986 to 01-01-1996 for Women
For Women for Constable (Driver) Posts:
02-01-1988 to 01-01-1996 for Men and
02-01-1983 to 01-01-1996
Exam Fees: Rs.200 for General/OBC/SBC candidates and Rs.150 for SC/ST candidates.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of the following:
1 Written Test
2 Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test
3 Proficiency Test (if required)
4 Medical Examination, Verification of Certificates
